General
Does checking my rate impact my credit score?
Unless we notify you otherwise, we will not obtain any consumer reports that will leave a hard inquiry on your credit report. Any consumer report that we do pull will be pulled for the purposes of verifying your identity and determining whether to approve or disapprove your application.
How do I find out a payout figure on my Monthly Payments order?
You will also receive emails from 1stMILE Buy with your payment plan details. You can also view your payment plan and billing history anytime in the 1stMILE app, by selecting the “1stMILE Buy” product.

Which payment methods can I use with 1stMILE Buy
1stMILE Buy accepts most valid credit and debit cards that are not scheduled to expire within 60 days. This includes Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. If a type of payment is not accepted, you will be notified before your purchase is completed. If there is any missing or erroneous information with respect to any payment method you provide to is or the financial institution associated with that payment method, you authorize us to verify and correct such information. We do not accept prepaid cards.
Payments
How do I make payments?
Payments will be automatically deducted from the payment method on file, based on the schedule you can see in your 1stMILE Buy emails or via the 1stMILE app. You can submit payments early via the 1stMILE app. To do so, select the “1stMILE Buy” product in the app. From there, you can select “Pay All Now”.

Yes. In the 1stMILE app, select the “1stMILE Buy” product. From there, you can select “Pay All Now”
How do I extend my due date?
In the 1stMILE app, select the “1stMILE Buy” product. From there, you can select “Snooze”. This will give you a 10 day extension and display your new payment schedule.
When is my payment due?
Your payment due dates will be emailed to you in your welcome email from 1stMILE Buy. You can also view all payment due dates in the 1stMILE app, by clicking the “1stMILE Buy” product.

Why is my debt in collection?
If your payments are not received by their respective due dates, 1stMILE Buy may send your account to an internal or external, third-party collections service or agency
Why was I charged a late fee?
Payments that cannot be processed on time, are returned for insufficient funds, or are otherwise late or remain unpaid will be subject to a Late fee.
Declined Purchase
What do I do if my payment is declined
If your payment is declined, you will receive an email from 1stMILE Buy and a notification from the 1stMILE app, both of which will provide directions on how to resolve your payment. A late fee may be applied.
Can I make multiple purchases?
You can only have one open 1stMILE Buy payment plan at a time. However, once you have finished paying your current 1stMILE Buy payment plan, you are then able to make a new purchase and open a 1stMILE Buy payment plan, as long as you are otherwise eligible and the program is still available with your selected merchant.
Refunds and Returns
How are returns and refunds handled?
Any return, cancellation or exchange of Goods is a matter between you and the Merchant, not 1stMile Buy, subject to the Merchant’s return policy. Please contact the Merchant directly to start the refund process and follow the Merchant’s instructions. Your refund request will not impact the amount you owe under this agreement unless and until we receive a credit from the Merchant and/or a request from the Merchant to refund your account. If you are due a refund from 1stMile on a returned or cancelled purchase, we will refund the balance back to your original payment method. Any installment fee(s) paid are also refundable. If we receive a credit from the Merchant, we will apply it to your outstanding balance. Merchant credits do not count as payments on your account. You will need to continue to make your installment payments on their respective Payment Due Dates until your balance is paid in full.
